1. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

2. Performance and Guarantees

• Josian Ad Solutions will use best efforts to deliver results but does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased revenue or engagement.

• Success depends on various external factors, including market conditions and Client participation.

3. Termination and Cancellation

• Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of at least 14 days.

• Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

• If terminated early, the Client is responsible for paying for any completed work.

4. Liability and Indemnification

• Josian Ad Solutions is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the marketing services.

• The Client agrees to indemnify Josian Ad Solutions against any claims arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms.

5. Amendments and Modifications
Josian Ad Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
